2026 pricing breakdown

The pricing nobody publishes

Real 2026 numbers for SportsEngine, LeagueApps, TeamSnap and UpperHand, what a custom site actually costs from a public bid record, and the point where a flat fee stops being cheaper than a percentage — including where we lose.

You’ll get it on the next screen — no waiting on an email. Ticking the box above is optional and doesn’t change that.

Terms

Terms of use.

Last updated September 11, 2026. These cover this website. The work itself is covered by a separate agreement you’d sign before anything starts.

This site is information, not an offer

Nothing here forms a contract. Prices, timelines and package contents are described accurately as of the date above and can change. A binding scope and price comes from a written proposal for your program.

The cost calculator produces estimates

The cost comparison uses stated assumptions — a $450 average season fee, published competitor pricing, standard Stripe processing rates, and a site build cost drawn from a public institutional bid record. Those assumptions are printed under the calculator. Your actual costs depend on your volume, your processor’s rates and what you buy. It’s a comparison tool, not a quote.

Competitor references

We name other platforms to explain how our model differs. Their names and marks belong to them, and we’re not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their pricing changes; ours is what we control, so check theirs against their own site before deciding.

Our content

The text, design and images on this site are ours. Quote us, link to us, send a page to your board — that’s all fine. Republishing the site or reusing the design as your own isn’t.

What you send us

Don’t submit anything through this site that you don’t have the right to share — that includes athlete information belonging to a program you don’t run. What you do send, we handle as described in our privacy policy.

Links out

We link to programs we work with and to our own club at socalmaddawgs.com. We don’t control anything on the other end of an outbound link.

Availability

We try to keep this site up and accurate, and we don’t promise it will be either at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from using this website. That limit doesn’t apply to the separate agreement covering project work.

Where disputes go

California law applies, and the courts of Riverside County, California handle anything that can’t be settled by a phone call. Try the phone call first.
