Most sports software is built by people who researched a program. I’ve been the athlete, the coach and the guy answering parents at 9pm about a schedule change.

I played Division I collegiate sports. After that I coached and managed at the travel level and in high school — the part of this world where the budget is small, the volunteer list is short and the person running registration is also the person running practice.
I went back and earned a Master’s in Sports Management, because I wanted to understand the business side of a program properly rather than by improvising. Then I started building software.
Today I run SoCal MAD Dawgs, a travel program founded in 2023 running 10U through high school. It operates on the same platform we’d build for you — memberships, sponsor tiers, rosters, stats, workout booking, a film room. Not a demo. The real thing, with real families and real dues. You can go look at it.
I’ve worked in programs that ran on six disconnected things — a spreadsheet, a group chat, a payment app, a template website nobody updates, a shared drive, and somebody’s memory. Not because directors are disorganized. Because nothing on the market was built for how a program actually operates.
I love the technology side as much as the sport, and combining them is the whole point of this company: to give coaches and directors the best sports management platform we can build.
A first-year coach with one team and a director running thirty need genuinely different software. The template platforms solve that by giving everyone the same thing and letting two-thirds of it go unused — which is how you end up paying for a feature list you never touch.
We build to your experience level and your needs. If you’re technical and want to run it yourself, we’ll hand you the keys. If you’d rather never see an admin panel, we run it for you. If you have one team, we won’t sell you a conference architecture.
It also means that if something wouldn’t help you yet, we’ll say so before you’ve paid for it rather than after. We’d rather lose the sale than sell you a back office you don’t need.
I read every inquiry that comes through this site myself. There’s no SDR queue and no handoff to someone who has never run a program. If you want to talk before you decide anything, that’s a conversation with the person who’d build it.

We’ll build you a free mockup of your program’s site. No cost, no obligation. Like it, we’ll talk. Don’t, and you keep the design.
