2026 pricing breakdown

The pricing nobody publishes

Real 2026 numbers for SportsEngine, LeagueApps, TeamSnap and UpperHand, what a custom site actually costs from a public bid record, and the point where a flat fee stops being cheaper than a percentage — including where we lose.

You’ll get it on the next screen — no waiting on an email. Ticking the box above is optional and doesn’t change that.

Privacy

What we collect, and why.

Last updated September 11, 2026. Plain language, because a policy nobody can read isn’t a policy.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your program’s name, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from and, where available, the advertising or referral source that brought you here, so we know which of our own campaigns are working.

What we don’t collect

There are no user accounts on this site and no payments run through it. We don’t store your IP address — we store a one-way hash of it, which lets us stop form spam without keeping anything that identifies you by location. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you’re sending us rosters or athlete information during a project, that’s covered by our agreement with your program, not by this page.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare a mockup or quote if you asked for one, and to understand which marketing is worth continuing. That’s the whole list.

Who else sees it

The companies that run the machinery: our hosting provider, our database provider, and the service that delivers our email. Your submission is also copied into the project management tool our own team works out of. If you book a call, that scheduling runs on Calendly and the name, email and time you give it go to them rather than through this site. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with other programs or with advertisers.

Marketing email

Sending us a form is not permission to put you on a mailing list. We treat those as two different things, and the second one only happens if you tick the box that asks for it — which is never ticked for you. If you don’t tick it, we reply about what you asked and that’s the end of it. If you do, we keep a record of the date and the exact wording you agreed to, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works the first time.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious traffic analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. We may also use Google Analytics and, if we’re running ads on a platform, that platform’s measurement tag. We don’t put personal information into analytics events.

How long we keep it

As long as there’s a live conversation, and afterwards as a business record. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Getting it deleted

Email jarred@madcollectives.com and say so. You don’t need to explain why, and you don’t need to be in California for us to honour it. If you’d rather talk to a person, book a call.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
